Legal Online-Session: Aktueller Stand der KI-Regulierung für Unternehmen im Health Care Sektor

The Legal Online-Session mit aktivem Wissensaustausch is a recurring interactive webinar for Swiss healthtech companies, addressing day-to-day legal questions in the sector. Participants bring their own questions and benefit from the expertise of the attending specialists as well as input from fellow participants, with the exchange also fostering networking among healthtech professionals. This instalment looks at the current state of AI regulation for healthcare companies: which requirements currently apply to AI applications, and what companies should watch for when implementing them in a legally compliant way.
