DESCRIPTION:The Legal Online-Session mit aktivem Wissensaustausch is a recurring interactive webinar for Swiss healthtech companies\, addressing day-to-day legal questions in the sector. Participants bring their own questions and benefit from the expertise of the attending specialists as well as input from fellow participants\, with the exchange also fostering networking among healthtech professionals. This instalment looks at the current state of AI regulation for healthcare companies: which requirements currently apply to AI applications\, and what companies should watch for when implementing them in a legally compliant way. It is led by Adrian Bieri\, lawyer and partner at Bratschi AG specialising in IP\, IT and data protection law\, and is free of charge for members of Health Tech Cluster Switzerland and digital health center Bülach\, as well as clients of the participating law firms.
