Workforce Innovation is a half-day event on rethinking shift and duty scheduling in healthcare, with a focus on what makes scheduling solutions work in everyday practice. It is aimed explicitly at healthcare providers from hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, care homes and similar institutions. The event starts with an input from HR Campus, which uses the challenges collected from participants in advance to show what should be clarified before introducing or switching a planning solution. A marketplace follows, where various providers present their solutions. Instead of stage presentations, the emphasis is on direct conversation: participants can ask questions, compare approaches and make contacts. In thematic exchange islands, the discussion then turns to skill and capacity management, AI and forecasting, and how new planning options change roles and collaboration.
