DESCRIPTION:The Legal Online-Session mit aktivem Wissensaustausch is a recurring interactive webinar for Swiss healthtech companies\, addressing day-to-day legal questions in the sector. Rather than a one-way presentation\, participants bring their own questions and benefit from the expertise of the attending legal specialists as well as input from fellow participants\, with the exchange also fostering networking among healthtech professionals. This instalment focuses on compliance as a leadership responsibility: which legal obligations executives should know\, which practices work well\, and how they can act on their compliance duties effectively. It is led by Christian Wind\, lawyer and partner at Bratschi AG\, and is free of charge for members of Health Tech Cluster Switzerland and digital health center Bülach\, as well as clients of the participating law firms.
