CareFair

Since its founding in 2016, CareFair has become Switzerland’s leading job fair for healthcare professions, held every two years as part of IFAS. It connects healthcare professionals – from doctors and nurses to therapists, trainees and people returning to the workforce – with employers such as hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, nursing homes and health insurers. The fair centres on career development, recruitment and employer attractiveness, with exhibitors spanning outpatient to inpatient care alongside themed workshops and panel discussions with industry experts. Its name reflects the goal: a fair, caring meeting place for employers and job seekers across the Swiss healthcare sector.
