The questions to ask before using AI in digital health

The focus is on typical challenges such as handling sensitive health data, clarifying liability and responsibility, and drawing the line between genuinely helpful support and impermissible automation. Participants will learn how data protection rules can be translated into simple decision‑making questions that they can systematically answer before deploying AI. The aim of the session is to build a shared understanding of how AI in can be used responsibly. At the same time, the session highlights situations where additional governance, contractual safeguards or technical protection measures are needed to ensure trust, safety and compliance.
