The CIRRNET Conference examines how healthcare organisations respond to critical incidents – and why that response, shaped by culture and leadership rather than chance, determines whether it leads to blame, cover-up or real progress. Marking CIRRNET’s 20th anniversary, the event brings together healthcare professionals to discuss how incident reports can lead to concrete improvements, how organisational culture can change sustainably, and how learning, accountability, legal considerations, the treatment of those affected and support for professionals themselves can be balanced. It also draws on lessons from other industries in managing critical situations.
Open to healthcare professionals across patient care, quality and risk management, and leadership roles. Moderation and presentations are in German and French, with simultaneous interpretation available into German, French and Italian. Accredited with 5 SIWF credits and 5 SBK log points.
