Ask the Expert over Lunch: Oral Health – a silent driver of chronic diseases is a free, online lunchtime session on the connection between oral health and whole-body wellbeing. It looks at how inflammation, bacterial imbalance and other issues in the mouth can extend beyond the jaw, contributing to conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and chronic inflammation elsewhere in the body.

The guest is Dr. med. dent. Sahar Haroon, founder of the Swiss Longevity Dental Boutique – Journey of the Smile in Zürich, recognised as one of the leading dentists in aesthetic and orthodontic treatment. Drawing on both clinical expertise and a holistic perspective, she discusses how oral health shapes long-term wellbeing and what can be done to protect it.

The session is part of a recurring series of online expert lunch talks and is open to anyone curious about the mouth-body connection.
